What we do

What excavation and demolition covers

The whole job of preparing the plot, with one contractor and one line of responsibility.

Demolition of structures

Removal of existing houses, outbuildings and concrete structures from the plot, with a hydraulic breaker and excavator.

Foundation pit excavation

Excavation for the foundations of residential and commercial buildings, down to the design level, keeping the faces of the pit stable.

Debris and spoil haulage

Loading and haulage of waste material with our own trucks, with no waiting on somebody else's transport.

Site clearing

Removal of vegetation, old foundation remains and fill material, down to ground where setting out can begin.

Excavation for utilities

Trenches for water, sewerage and connections, alongside the excavation for the building itself, in the same mobilisation.

Work in tight urban plots

Plots inside built up areas, next to neighbouring buildings and with narrow access. Where the face of the pit has to be supported, we also do sheet pile installation.

Why us

The same people do the demolition and the excavation

When one company demolishes and another excavates, the site waits at the handover and nobody answers for what happens in between. With us the machines and the crew are the same, so the job runs as a single item.

  • Site visit and access assessment before the offer
  • Demolition, loading and haulage without hiring a carrier
  • Excavation to the design level as soon as the plot is cleared
  • If the face of the pit needs support, we install sheet piles too

Capacity

What we bring to site

The machines are ours, not hired. That means the deadline does not depend on somebody else's schedule.

Excavators

Ten tracked excavators, from small machines for confined spaces to heavy ones for demolition and deep excavation.

Trucks and transport

Three trucks for material haulage and a low loader to move the machines to site.

Rollers and finishing

Rollers for compaction and platform finishing after excavation, when the ground has to be handed over ready for the next trade.

Frequently asked

What investors ask most often

Do you handle debris removal, or do I arrange that separately?

We handle it. The trucks are ours, so loading and haulage sit in the same item as the demolition. You do not have to find a carrier or coordinate two contractors.

Do you work on plots inside built up areas, next to neighbouring houses?

Yes, that is a common case. When the plot is narrow or the neighbouring building sits close to the boundary, the face of the excavation has to be supported. For those situations we also install sheet piles, so the whole job stays with one contractor.

Is documentation required for demolition?

Permits and notifications are the investor's obligation and depend on the structure and the municipality. We carry out the works once the paperwork is settled. If it helps, we can tell you what we need from site in order to quote.

How far in advance should I call?

It depends on our current schedule and where the plot is. Send us the location and the deadline you want and we will tell you straight away whether we can make it.

What do you need in order to quote?

The location, what is being demolished and how large it is, the excavation depth and what the truck access to the plot looks like. Photos of the site help. We visit in person when needed.

What else we do

Have a plot that needs clearing?

Tell us what is being demolished, how deep the excavation goes and what the access is like. We come back with an estimate.
